Job Summary:
The Commis will assist in the preparation of dishes in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of food items.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to the chef's recipes and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with the receiving and storage of food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow instructions from the senior kitchen staff and chefs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
