Job Description
- Drive the agency’s creative reputation by pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional work.
- Assist the Creative Team Lead in setting the graphic design strategy for all online activities and campaigns.
Lead the creative vision for client campaigns, branding projects, and large-scale initiatives. - Develop art direction for all online design projects and campaigns.
Ensure creative outputs are innovative, on-brand, and aligned with current trends. - Collaborate with clients, account teams, and strategists to align design direction with business objectives.
Present concepts and creative strategies to clients, incorporating feedback and driving approval processes. - Handle special project that requires, special timeframe and/or expertise in a design area and advanced techniques.
- Oversee all aspects of creative execution, including graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including photographers, illustrators, and videographers.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering professional growth and inspiring creativity.
- Introduce new tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance the creative process.
- Conduct user research to understand customers’ needs better and help improve the user experience.
- Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations and aim continuous self-development of his own portfolio.
- Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit.
- Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic design, Fine arts, Visual Communication or any relevant field
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
(senior graphic designer, senior web designer)
- Portfolio in a creative agency is preferable
