Presentail is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:



- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Responsibilities:



- Assisting the CEO with daily administrative tasks
- Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive
- Conducting research and preparing briefs for meetings
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
- Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to other team members as needed
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Handling any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the executive
