FIN000019 ) JOB PURPOSE The Financial C ompliance Associate is responsible for supporting the financial compliance and control team by assisting in the review, preparation, and reporting of financial data to ensure alignment with local fiscal regulations and internal policies. He/she supports financial reporting, compliance checks, and data validation to aid accurate and consistent financial reporting across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in following established practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local fiscal regulations and Ministry of Finance requirements. Participate in the compilation and preparation of monthly financial compliance reports, assisting in basic data analysis to highlight potential discrepancies or issues. LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Proficiency Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office . Proficiency in accounting software . EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Zero to two years of experience in a similar role. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Interprets and applies key financial indicators to make better business decisions. For example, swiftly assembles and fluently interprets the financial data and metrics relevant to the role. Draws rich insights from financial and quantitative data. Adheres to relevant budgetary guidelines.
