Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator – Factory
Department: Human Resources
Location: Factory Site
Reports To: HR Manager / Management


Job Summary


The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all HR activities within the factory. This role ensures the proper implementation of HR policies, labor law compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance control, and overall HR operations for factory employees. The HR Coordinator acts as the main HR point of contact at the factory and supports management in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & Administration


  • Implement and manage all HR procedures and policies within the factory.


  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.


  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, turnover, overtime, and workforce data.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Lebanese labor laws.


Recruitment & Onboarding


  • Coordinate recruitment for factory workers in coordination with the HR Manager.


  • Organize interviews, hiring documentation, and employment contracts.


  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction at the factory.


Attendance, Leave & Discipline


  • Monitor daily attendance, lateness, absences, and overtime.


  • Coordinate leave requests (annual, sick, unpaid, etc.).


  • Apply disciplinary procedures according to company policy and labor law.


  • Handle warnings, notices, and disciplinary records.


Payroll Coordination


  • Collect and verify payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions).


  • Coordinate payroll information with the payroll/finance department.


  • Respond to employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.


Employee Relations


  • Act as the first point of contact for factory employees regarding HR matters.


  • Handle employee complaints and conflicts professionally and confidentially.


  • Support management in resolving workplace issues and improving employee engagement.


Health, Safety & Compliance


  • Support management in enforcing health and safety rules.


  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and factory rules.


  • Coordinate employee awareness on safety, discipline, and conduct.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a factory or industrial environment.


  • Strong knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law.


  • Experience in attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.


  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work on-site and manage a large workforce.
