Mirato MEA is a leading aerosol and liquid personal care products manufacturer based in Bchamoun, Lebanon. We are currently seeking to hire a Human Resources Officer with the below responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify Problems and relative solutions.
  • Design and implement Induction programs for new employees.
  • Assist Department heads in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics related to hiring, turnover, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, attendance tracking, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Establish and monitor department-specific KPIs to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide feedback, and work with managers to set improvement plans.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts by mediating disputes and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and execute corporate events, such as Labor Day, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Perform additional duties as dictated by the Group Operations Manager.
