Learning and Development Specialist

Presentail is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Achrafieh office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
Assess the training needs of employees and develop customized learning programs. Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops. Deliver training sessions either in-person or virtually. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance assessments. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations for training enhancements. Collaborate with department managers to align training initiatives with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
