A reputable interior design company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lighting Operations Officer to join our Lebanon team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the lighting department’s operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, smooth coordination across departments, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the lighting department in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare order requests, and coordinate approvals to maintain optimal inventory.
• Verify invoices and update relevant ERP systems to ensure accuracy in codes, pricing, and timing.
• Follow up on production and assembly schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, accounting, and sales teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Track client orders and provide proactive updates to the Lighting Sales Manager.
• Oversee the CRM system to monitor and resolve customer service tickets efficiently.
• Issue weekly reports on order status, fulfillment, and department performance.
• Support the sales team in managing client needs and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role (lighting or interior background preferred).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (especially sales modules) and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
