The Marketing Supervisor drives Neonism’s brand presence and engagement on social media and digital platforms. This role focuses on creating, implementing, and monitoring campaigns that increase user acquisition, engagement, and product adoption for Neonism’s fintech and e-wallet services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Neonism’s brand and business goals.
• Manage content calendars, campaign scheduling, and platform-specific initiatives (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to optimize social media performance.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution
• Coordinate or create compelling content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to target audiences.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative campaigns.
• Launch promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations to drive engagement and adoption.
3. Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion, and campaign ROI.
• Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Monitor community feedback and respond in alignment with brand tone and compliance guidelines.
4. Collaboration & Brand Alignment
• Coordinate with product, operations, and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with new product launches and merchant campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of Neonism’s brand voice across all social media platforms.
5. Team Leadership & Supervision
• Supervise social media and digital marketing specialists or interns.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to ensure campaign execution meets standards and deadlines
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing and social media experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Experience in managing social media marketing for a tech, startup, or digital brand is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling and crafting content that resonates with online audiences.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe tools, and social media management platforms.
• Energetic, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
