We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can think visually, move fast, and bring ideas to life across formats. Static, motion, digital, social — if it has pixels, you’re comfortable with it. You don’t just decorate ideas; you help shape them.
This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and storytelling. Craft matters. Speed matters. Taste matters most.
What You’ll Do:
Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, and presentations
Create motion graphics and light animations (reels, stories, explainers, UI motion)
Support campaigns with KV adaptations, layouts, and visual systems
Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists
Translate briefs into strong visual executions — and push them further
Adapt designs across formats while keeping the idea sharp and consistent
Manage multiple tasks without dropping quality (or your soul)
2–4 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and motion basics
Experience designing for social media and digital platforms
A portfolio that shows range, taste, and attention to detail
Ability to take feedback without ego — and defend good ideas when needed
Nice to Have:
Basic video editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
Familiarity with Figma or UI-related work
You Are:
Visually sharp, curious, and slightly obsessed with good design
Organized enough to handle pressure, flexible enough to pivot fast
Not waiting to be told what to do — you see gaps and fill them
Calm under deadlines, allergic to mediocrity
Interest in AI tools, motion trends, and new formats
Understanding of branding and visual identity systems
