Presentail is looking for an Office Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments Handle office budget and expenses Manage office supplies and equipment Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures Assist in the onboarding process for new employees Maintain a safe and secure working environment Handle HR-related tasks such as payroll and benefits administration Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
