We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team in  Beirut. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide variety of administrative and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments


  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive


  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed


  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries (if required)


  • Organize files, records, and important documents


  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items


  • Support day-to-day administrative and personal tasks


  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, or external partners

Qualifications
