Purpose:
- Supervise all post-tension, precast and contracting site operations.
- Assist in the coordination of the teams and
assigning their labors and equipment for the following day.
- Spot check the work of the supervisors, for
installation of PT / Precast, stressing, injection and as built. Control
quality to the highest standards.
- Supervise precast as-built for the columns
before starting production.
- Meet the clients before starting works, to
explain installation sequence, drawings and our requirements.
- Troubleshoot construction problems, and
report back to the office for corrective actions.
- Control labor overtime hours and productivity.
- Assist in hiring new labors.
- General construction knowledge.
- Attention to details.
