Key Responsibilities
- Client Assistance:

- Guide clients through the property transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements.
- Property Management:
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, engaging presentations.
- Ensure properties are listed with accurate details and appealing descriptions on various platforms.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' activities.
- Research neighborhoods, pricing strategies, and property specifications to match client preferences.
- Documentation:
- Prepare necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Business Development:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies and expand the client base.
Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- A personal vehicle for property visits and client meetings
- Strong language skills – fluent in Arabic and English, with French being a plus
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
- A positive, professional attitude and a drive to succeed
- Flexibility and the ability to self-manage your schedule, as there are no fixed working hours
Educational Background and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related fields are a plus)
- Relevant certifications in real estate are advantageous, but not required
