Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Handle 80–120 calls per day while maintaining high professionalism and empathy across all interactions.
Use CRM systems to track outreach activity , update deal stages, and ensure data accuracy.
Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and potential fit.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and optimize pipeline conversion.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation, qualified meetings booked, and sales activity volume.

Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with high outbound call volume.
Proven ability to use CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipelines and record activity.
Strong written English and confident speaking on discovery calls.
Highly organised, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment .
