We are seeking motivated and street-smart Sales Supervisor to drive merchant adoption
(shops) . Your main responsibility will be to onboard local merchants, train them on
using the platform/Application , and ensure they actively promote and accept e-wallet
payments/transactions from customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Merchant Acquisition:
Approach, pitch, and sign up new merchants across assigned areas
• Product Demonstration:
Train merchants on how to use the e-wallet app
• Activation & Support:
Ensure merchants are activated and performing transactions within 3–7 days of
onboarding. Provide first-level support.
• Brand Visibility:
Distribute marketing materials (stickers, flyers, counter signs) and ensure visibility at
merchant locations.
• Reporting & Feedback:
Submit daily visit reports, merchant feedback, and competitor insights via mobile CRM
or reporting tools.
• Relationship Management:
Maintain good relationships with merchants and encourage referral of other businesses.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s is a plus)
• 1–3 years experience in field sales, agent banking, telecom sales, or FMCG distribution
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital payments
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work under pressure
• Owns a smartphone and a transportation means for mobility
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of merchants onboarded per week/month
• Activation rate (% of merchants performing transactions)
• Retention and re-activation rate
• Quality of merchant data and reporting compliance
• Referral generation and geographic coverage
