Your Mission as a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor (Civil), you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of essential infrastructure. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Minimum age: 25 years.


  • Educational background: Intermediate education plus a 3-year DAE in Civil Engineering or a related field.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil maintenance, with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges.


  • Strong technical knowledge of civil maintenance practices and infrastructure systems.


  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.


  • Basic conversational English skills required for communication with supervisors and team members.
