What you’ll do:
✅ Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls
✅ Handle correspondence and maintain visitor logs
✅ Assist with scheduling meetings and office coordination
✅ Support administrative tasks and filing systems
✅ Ensure a professional and organized reception area
What we’re looking for:
✔ 1+ year experience in reception or administrative roles
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Proficient in MS Office
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English
