How will you make an impact in this role?
Scan, index and upload documents into internal systems such as Kofax and other platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with company policies.
Maintain up-to-date accurate records by ensuring proper data entry and verification in internal systems, uphold strict compliance with terms and policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage incoming and outgoing parcels, coordinate with vendor and ensure timely distribution of documents and packages to internal departments or external parties.
Oversee distribution on incoming cases and emails across relevant teams, whether manually or through automated processes, to support daily operational goals.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners to support smooth operations and timely execution.
Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy or compliance.
Consistently meet KPI’s and turnaround times, with a focus on continuous improvement in procedures and workflow.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior administrative or operations role, preferably in a high-value environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experienced with systems like Kofax or other document management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive documents and ensure data confidentiality.
High-speed, accurate data entry skills.
Adaptable, with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
