Join a global company with international exposure as an Activities Coordinator for Summer 2026! In this dynamic role, you’ll combine office-based organization with hands-on event support. Your days will include preparing for activities, assisting leaders and students, and ensuring all information and materials are ready for smooth operations. Out in the field, you’ll help set up, coordinate, and run exciting events and excursions across the Maltese Islands. If you’re passionate about travel, teamwork, and creating unforgettable experiences for young international students, this role offers the perfect mix of planning and action.
- Collaborate with the Activities Manager to organize and deliver engaging, activities for students.
- Lead and support a team of activity leaders, ensuring all students and staff have the best experience possible.
- Accompany students on excursions and events, providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Share emergency on-call duties as part of the response team, ensuring a swift and effective reaction when needed.
- An outgoing, organized natural leader who can motivate and energize others.
- A detail oriented individual who thrives in high-pressure environments.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality experiences.
- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport)
- A driving license is desirable but not required.
- Experience working with young people is a plus.
- Available to work between the months of May and August 2026, with contracts of varying lengths. All contracts are on a full-time basis and include evenings and weekends.
- Duration: varying lengths of contracts starting from June till August.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English. - - Must be available for training dates before start date.
Mandatory training will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon.
