Main Duties:


  • Support Accounting Manager to manage client relationships and deliver accurate, timely accounting services
  • Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and training
  • Onboard new clients, integrating their financial records into firm systems
  • Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and entries
  • Review bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll from junior staff
  • Coordinate external audits, liaising with auditors and implementing recommendations
  • Contribute and prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for clients
  • Implement and maintain client internal controls to safeguard assets
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax filings
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
  • Support accounting systems and monitor data integrity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive client services

What skills do you need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA qualification or partly qualified is a plus
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience, ideally with client service/supervisory exposure
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with IFRS and GASPME reporting standards is a must
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Xero and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and problem-solving
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a client focus
