Job Summary

The beach waiter is responsible to ensure that guests coming on the beach are warmly welcome, provide quality and personalize service in a warm environment whereby guests feel blown away by service provided.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• The Beach Waiter is responsible to ensure that guests coming on the beach are welcomed

• Collecting clean beach towels and terry covers from laundry
• Align sun beds and beach tables under beach kiosks
• Cleaning of sun beds, beach tables and towels box in allocated station
• M.E.P of beach towels and terry covers on sun beds
• M.E.P of service and do not disturb flags
• M.E.P on water and cold towels in each station
• Welcome guests on the beach
• Help guests to choose their kiosks
• Set towels on guests’ sun beds
• Serve complimentary water and cold towels to guests
• Respond to service flags
• Take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages
• Clear soiled plates and empty glasses form guests’ beach tables
• Clean guests’ sunglasses
• Respond to any guests’ need and request
• Clear soiled beach towels and terry covers

About You:

The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. Food handler's certificate is a must.
