We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with in-depth expertise in Microsoft 365 and a passion for AI-powered business transformation. This role is crucial for helping customers fully leverage the power of M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Custom Agents, and the Power Platform. You will lead the charge in creating intelligent workplace solutions that amplify productivity and foster innovation across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Comprehensive Engagements with M365: Drive all phases of engagements from discovery, solution architecture, deployment, to the adoption of M365 AI capabilities, ensuring clients maximize their use of M365 tools.

· Architect Intelligent M365 Solutions: Utilize M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Custom Agents to design tailored solutions that meet specific business needs, demonstrating the full potential of M365.

· Innovate with Power Platform and M365: Develop custom solutions and automation using PowerApps, while harnessing the Power Platform's capabilities alongside M365 extensibility models, showcasing the integration benefits.

· Governance Frameworks & M365 AI Integration: Design and implement robust governance frameworks, advising on M365 AI best practices, data readiness, and change management to streamline M365 adoption.

· Cross-functional Collaboration on M365 Projects: Work closely with customer IT departments to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery, focusing on enhancing the M365 experience.

Required Qualifications:

· Experience: 10-15 years in Information Technology, with 8+ years in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, specifically within the M365 ecosystem.

· Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, especially in Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Custom Agents, and M365 Copilot Extensibility for Business.

· Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI in business workflows

· Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Leadership: Ability to lead complex engagements from scope to design to implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification: Microsoft Certified: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.

· Change Management: Background in change management and user adoption strategies specifically for M365 applications.
