Accompagnement du changement.
Interface entre DAF, IT et métiers.
Expérience : 12 ans minimum, avec des projets réussis de transformation dans un environnement multi-sites / multinational.
Expertise ERP : Maitrise avancée de SAP et Oracle , notamment les modules financiers.
Compétences transverses : Gestion de projet (méthodes Agile/Waterfall), conduite du changement, communication interne.
Langues : Français & Anglais courants (échanges avec les sièges internationaux ou équipes IT globales).
