Purpose of the Role
Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by leading all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities at the site.
This role is critical to achieving the plant’s safety, risk-reduction, and sustainability objectives, in line with the company’s Journey to Zero and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 commitments in a high-performance automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan regulations and company EHS standards.
• Lead workplace safety, accident prevention, and risk assessments.
• Drive incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental programs (waste, energy, water, emissions).
• Lead audits and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
• Train employees on safety and emergency procedures.
• Act as main contact with local authorities on EHS topics.
Profile
• Degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic, with good command of French and English.
