We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack Engineer to join our growing tech team in Casablanca.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our platforms, working across backend and frontend components in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling fullstack applications, integrating them into our existing engineering stack, and collaborating closely with Product, Backend, Frontend, and Data/AI teams.
You will leverage modern technologies and best practices to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
This position requires strong communication skills, solid experience in fullstack development, and a good understanding of production-grade environments.
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager (Engineering / AI Ops).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain fullstack applications (backend and frontend) Contribute to the development of the platform and associated projects Design, build, and maintain APIs and backend services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement core services Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement Contribute to engineering standards and best practices Participate in the continuous improvement of architecture and code quality PROFILE & SKILLS Must-Have 3+ years of experience in a production-grade environment Excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken English Proven experience in fullstack development Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, or equivalent) Frontend experience with modern frameworks (Angular preferred) Experience with databases (MongoDB and/or relational databases) Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized deployment Experience with cloud services (especially Azure) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments Nice to Have French language skills Experience with Redis, Celery, or message queues Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems or AI-assisted features
