Position overview:


Our future industrial engineer should be a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Industrial Engineer to join our team. you will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing injection molding processes to ensure quality production, efficiency, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our injection molding process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all technical activities of the project related to the injection tools design, validation and industrialization,
  • Ensure coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders,
  • Approve and Resolve issues related to the tool design (DFMs).
  • Responsible for the production and follow up of pre-serial parts,
  • Be the main technical contact in front of the program managers,
  • Prepare the RFQ’s (Technical calculations) for the new projects,
  • Prepare and present project industrialization progress reports,
  • Ensure the correct planning and execution of OTOP and R@R activities,
  • Ensure the availability of all needed data and documentations for internal and external stakeholders (BOM, Master data, capacity study, PFMEA…)
  • Support the order of new production equipment and tools,
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the change management procedure,
  • Ensure a correct spent of the CAPEX and launch OPEX for the project under his responsibility,
  • Support a smooth conduct of the various Audits (Internal, External, etc.),

Key skills and Qualifications:


  • Engineer degree: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Plastic & Industrial Processes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or process engineering in the automotive sector.
  • Experience in the plastic injection sector will be an advantage.
  • Good Knowledge of project milestones and project industrialization
  • Good knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP).
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
