Job Description

• Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country


• Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area


• Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards.


• Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area


• Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages


• Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility


• Manage internal and external operations interfaces


• Conduct handover to plant according to governance and product life cycle


• Escalate in case of deviations from LEONI project management standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality)


• Identify projects with potential need for launch team support


• Release of preconditions for offering within RFQ clarification related to COO




Qualifications and Experience

Level of Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.


Experience: 5 years or more of proven experience in project management.
