The role of a Human Resources Specialist is to support the people and communications for their assigned area of responsibility. Human Resources Specialists support the People & Communications Business Partner with people-related initiatives and processes within their responsibility area to enable good business decisions. This task is performed in collaboration with the People & Communications Business Partner with guidance from the business management. They support business leaders in implementing organizational business strategy and implement and maintain People & Communications initiatives to ensure the organization's ongoing success.
The role is based in the KONE Casablancaoffice. The People & Communications Specialist will report to the People & Communications Business Partner for Africa and form part of the People & Communications team in KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa.

- Human Resources Information Systems - utilization of cutting-edge HRIS tools such as the Global Employee Database and People Leadership Tool for streamlined processes.
- Staff Communication - clear communication of KONE's Code of Conduct to uphold ethical standards; transparent communication of company strategy and values to foster alignment and engagement; regular feedback mechanisms such as KONE Pulse surveys to ensure employee voices are heard.
- Employment and Labor Relations - proactive management of employment relationships to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; effective handling of industrial relations to maintain a positive work environment; open dialogue and collaboration with labor unions to address employee concerns and promote mutual understanding.
Are you the one?
- M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 - 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills with diverse experience in coaching and developing talent and teams.
- Experience handling the full HR lifecycle processes including but not limited to talent and performance reviews, rewards management, employee engagement, and relations.
- Fluency in English.
- Open to travel in South Africa when needed.
