Position overview:


Our future process engineer will be responsible for setting and optimizing the process flow in the assembly area. Designing and managing the Manufacturing of tooling (test equipment, assembly board, racks) and improve continuously the process and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Interface with Design engineering and Program management teams.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of his area in order to provide technical production support to other areas of engineering, maintenance and production.
  • Manage and monitor the development of specific resources and manufacturing procedures.
  • Participate with technical staff, the customers, the suppliers in the development and the modifications of the machines and tools necessary for the manufacturing, by presenting proposals for improvement for the evolution of the products and the future needs of the company.
  • Ensure, In conjunction with quality & the health, safety & environment coordinator, the performances and the approval of the machines.
  • Study the procedures for making proposals concerning the adaptation of machines and the adoption of adequate technical means for mass production.
  • Collaborate with other engineering and production areas for lay-out changes.
  • Encourage new developments in the means of production while ensuring the optimization of production procedures.
  • Provide support and assistance to his team in carrying out the development work.

Key skills and Qualifications:


  • Bac+5 with 3 year’s experience working in wiring activity especially in process assembly.
  • Ownership & independence of mind, Analytical, methodical, and organized
  • Very good writing and communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
