To strengthen its response to Microsoft’s CSP program evolution, ArrowSphere is reinforcing several teams, including the Business Operations organizations.
This role is part of a newly created mission and team, with an international setup including team creation in Morocco.
Role Purpose
The Program Operations will be responsible for Business Operations management of the Microsoft program, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and process reliability across complex transactional and incentive flows.
The role is highly operational, with a strong financial backbone, and acts as a bridge between strategy, IT/platform teams, finance, and program stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations Management
Manage Business Operations for the Microsoft program (CSP ecosystem).
Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes related to program execution.
Ensure end-to-end monitoring of transactional flows, incentives, and cost structures.
Translate complex Microsoft program mechanisms (acronyms, triggers, rules) into clear, understandable operational processes.
Financial & Data Operations
Perform financial reconciliations of complex flows and transactions.
Track margins, incentives, and costs with strong analytical rigor.
Ensure consistency and accuracy between platform data, financial data, and vendor reporting.
Produce operational and financial analyses to support decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with direction teams on strategy execution and cost monitoring.
Collaborate with IT and platform development teams on data flows, automation, and operational scalability.
Act as a key interface between operations, finance, logistics, and data teams.
Team & Capability Building
Contribute to the creation of a new team in Morocco.
Potentially manage or mentor profiles with different seniority levels.
Support junior profiles (1–2 years’ experience) and more senior contributors (5+ years).
Profile & Skills
Experience
Nice to have: Previous experience with Microsoft CSP programs.
Strong operational experience in complex programs, ideally involving IT platforms or vendor ecosystems.
Financial background strongly valued (e.g. finance, accounting, margin analysis).
Profiles with logistics or accounting backgrounds are welcome if they have evolved toward data, operations, or platform flows.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with operational discipline.
Ability to design, implement, and monitor complex operational processes.
Comfortable handling complex data and transactional flows.
Ability to simplify and explain complex program mechanics.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Does not get lost in excessive detail; able to keep a high-level operational vision.
Fluent English is mandatory.
