Mission
Support Lear Corporation’s Tangier Plant in driving a culture of Operational and Quality Excellence, ensuring strong collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class quality performance, smooth product launches, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the key quality interface.
• Manage Quality KPIs: Scorecards, PPM, Chargebacks, Written Concerns.
• Ensure proactive communication between customers and plant interlocutors.
Lead problem solving for customer claims and drive implementation of corrective actions.
• Analyze customer complaints and provide continuous feedback on claim status and progress.
• Manage non-quality costs linked to internal or external rejections.
• Lead and support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with IATF standards, customer-specific and regulatory requirements.
Stop production or shipment in case of major quality risks.
• Ensure PPAP deliverables are met throughout project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Development, and Customer teams to ensure high-performance launches and support engineering changes.
Profile & Requirements
Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Languages: French and English required.
