Le groupe RMO recrute pour le compte de son client basé à Casablanca  une Réceptionniste Expérimentée.


Missions :

  • Assurer l'accueil des clients à l'hôtel tout au long du séjour et leur fournir toute information nécessaire au bon déroulement de celui-ci.
  • Planifier les réservations et l'occupation des chambres.
  • Effectuer la comptabilité journalière, la facturation des prestations, l’encaissement des notes et le contrôle des paiements différés.
  • Organiser les relations avec les autres services.

Profil
  • Bac+2 en hôtellerie et hébergement avec une expérience de 2 ans minimum en tant que réceptionniste;
  • Souriante, disponible et doté d’une présentation parfaite;
  • vous aimez être au service du client et avez un bon relationnel;
  • Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et assurez un reporting des informations auprès des différentes équipes (étages, salles...).
