Job Description

- Checks approved purchase requisition (PR / Feeder) for completeness


- Validates approved purchase requisition (PR / Feeder) in relation to global / local RFQ standards


- Creates a Purchase Order (PO) and controls the release of it according to authorization level


- Manages MRP run for defined stock of nonproduction parts (e.g. spare parts, etc., to create purchase orders)


- Requires a PO confirmation from the supplier


- Tracks PO fulfillment in regards of e.g. delivery time, quality, quantity, etc.


- Supports invoice verification in case of deviations e.g. validation, etc.


- Manages supplier claims to be closed or initiates a escalation on a higher level


- Performs monthly purchasing reporting and tracks it in the respective tools


- Closes already fulfilled POs and tracks long-lasting open POs to be closed




Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
