  • Assurer le rôle de référent technique sur les projets .NET
  • Participer à la conception technique et à l’architecture des applications
  • Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs dans la montée en compétences
  • Garantir les bonnes pratiques de développement (code review, clean code, tests, CI/CD, sécurité)

Requirements
  • Diplôme Bac+5 en informatique (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire)
  • Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en développement .NET, dont 2 en tant que Tech Lead
  • Excellente maîtrise de l’écosystème Microsoft
  • Forte capacité à fédérer une équipe et à faire monter les profils en compétence
  • Très bonnes compétences en conception logicielle (design patterns, architecture DDD/Clean Architecture)
  • Bon relationnel, autonomie, rigueur, sens du leadership
