Hexcel is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Perform both preventive maintenance work orders and regular maintenance requests.
• Analyzes problems with equipment to determine cause and disassembles/repairs the equipment as necessary.  Repairs or replaces faulty components.
• Use and maintain CNC, thermal processing (oven), and sawing equipment.
• Fabricates parts as necessary utilizing drawings, sketches or old parts as models.
• Assists engineering in the design and modification of equipment.
• Trains process technicians in technical maintenance work.
• Understand electrical and mechanical drawing
• Works in team environment to reach consensus decisions within the guidelines and boundaries established by the company.
• Utilizes Job Safety Analysis JSAs, lock out/tag out, and other safety tools including personal protective equipment to perform job assignments in a safe and efficient manner.
• Stands "on call" on a rotational basis for off-shift and weekend operations support.
• Supports plant safety and quality objectives

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Industrial automation
• 5 years of proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
