The Territory Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the company and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
Strong experience managing channel partners, including enablement, performance management, and revenue growth.
Ability to operate across complex and developing African markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics and challenges.
Experience working with Autodesk or similar CAD/CAE/design software vendors, or within the construction/architecture/engineering tech ecosystem.
Proven track record in new business development (pipeline creation, lead generation, and market expansion).
