Principal Process Engineer
 
Contract period: 16.02.2026 - 31.12.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main tasks:
  • Process scope in early phase and execution phase
  • Secure quality, progress, and cost in line with targets and contract
  • Identify risks and opportunities and implement effective actions
  • Develop client and partner relations and convert into work

Qualifications:
  • More than ten years of relevant experience from large projects
  • Master or Bachelor in Process Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven strength in early phase and front end with understanding of cost, schedule, and execution
  • Experience related to offshore facilities
  • Norwegian language both oral and written is a requirement!
  • Familiar with international codes and standards such as:
  • - NORSOK standard P-002 (Process system design)
  • - Major operator’s TRs & GLs
  • - Offshore Standard DNV-OS-E201 (Oil and Gas Processing Systems)
  • - API 520 & 521 (PSV’s sizing), API 610, API RP 14C&E (Design of Safety & Piping Systems for Offshore Platforms), ASME (Design of pressure vessels)
  • Systems thinker who simplifies complexity
  • Drive and execution power with measurable impact
  • Clear and motivating communicator with clients and teams
  • Commercially aware and confident in priorities
  • Curious, quick learner, and accountable for own and team development
