Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical engineering projects within utilities operations.

Drive innovation, energy efficiency optimization, and reliability improvements.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of utility electrical systems (transmission, distribution, substations).
Expertise in electrical design tools and engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP or equivalent).
Experience with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
Ability to lead engineering teams and large-scale projects.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of smart grid technologies and digital utility solutions.
Understanding of renewable energy integration and energy storage systems.
Experience with automation, SCADA, or protection systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
