Electro Mechanic

We are looking for a qualified Electro-Mechanic to support our Engineering department. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the hotel's operational integrity through the proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of wide range of electromechanical equipment.

Your Day to Day

• Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of Electrical & Mechanical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including AHU’s, motors and motor controls, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, Hotel water Pumps, Chilled water pumps, Electrical Panels and emergency generators. 
• Attends to repairs and maintenance of transformers and electrical low-tension panels.
• Attends to electrical and ancillaries' installations such as audio / video cables, computer cables and MTAV systems. 
• Attends to all types of repairs and maintenance work in the hotel premises, including any new additional / extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel.
• Responds to a guest maintenance request within 15 minutes on receipt of the same.
• Ensure that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public areas. 
• Ensure that the plant rooms, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition. 

What we need from you

• Associate's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex electromechanical systems
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
