Positions Available:

Sr. System Admin (Virtualization):

• Experience: Minimum 10 years and above
• Responsible for managing large-scale virtualized environments using VMware vSphere, NSX, Aria Operations, Log Insight, and Aria Automation.

Responsibilities:

• Virtualization Management: Install, configure, and optimize vSphere, ESXi hosts, and vCenter Server; manage NSX for network virtualization.
• Automation & Orchestration: Implement Aria Automation for service delivery and Aria Operations for monitoring and capacity management.
• Hardware & Security: Maintain hardware (Cisco UCS), troubleshoot issues, ensure system security, and conduct compliance audits.
• Backup & Recovery: Oversee backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.

Skills:

• Expertise in VMware vSphere, NSX, Aria Operations, and Aria Automation.
• Familiar with Cisco UCS hardware and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security skills.

Certifications:

• VMware: VCP, VCAP, VCDX (preferred)
• Cisco: CCNA DC, CCNP DC

Senior Storage and Backup Administrator:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years and above
• Expert in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), Linux/Unix systems, and enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS).

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain SAN/NAS storage solutions.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and scalability.
• Manage backup/recovery, data replication, and security.
• Automate tasks andwork with Big Data technologies (Hadoop

Senior Linux | Unix Administrator:

Experience: Minimum 10 years and above

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale environments with RHEL, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, and VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Red Hat IDM and Red Hat Satellite.

Skills:

• System Management: Install, configure, and maintain 1000+ RHEL systems. Perform L1 to L3 Linux admin tasks, updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Virtualization: Administer VMware vSphere, optimize VMs, and deploy using clones, templates, and ISOs.
• Security & Compliance: Conduct security audits, implement protective measures, and work with SOC for policy adherence.
• Automation: Develop Shell/Python scripts and use Ansible for automation.
• Backup & Recovery: Manage backup solutions, monitor Teradata backups, and coordinate vendor support.

Certifications:

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
• VMware certifications like VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are highly desirable
• Certifications in Solaris, AIX, and HP-UX.

Senior Microsoft Administrator:

Experience: Minimum 10 years and above

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure (Exchange, SCCM, M365) within a VMware virtualized environment.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and KMS services.
• Support and troubleshoot MS Exchange, M365 services, and SCCM infrastructure.
• Oversee SCOM for system monitoring and file share clusters for high availability.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell scripts.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and manage backup/recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams for system integration and support.

Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange 2019, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.), SCCM, SCOM, and Active Directory.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and VMware vSphere familiarity.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.

Certifications:

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Certifications in VMware NSX and Aria Automation.
• MCSE, MCSA, and certifications in MS Exchange and Office 365 are highly desirable.

Sr. Database Administrator - Lead:

• Minimum 8 years and above
• Experienced in database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and optimize scalable, high-performance databases.
• Ensure security, backups, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Troubleshoot issues and automate routine tasks.
• Mentor junior DBAs and manage database projects.

Skills:

• Expertise in database performance, security, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL, with scripting (Python, Shell).

Certifications:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate

Teradata DBA:

• Minimum 8 years and above
• Manage and optimize Teradata databases (on-prem/cloud) with a focus on performance, security, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize performance and monitor system health.
• Implement backup, recovery, and high availability strategies.
• Plan capacity growth and manage upgrades/patches.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Automate tasks and provide advanced troubleshooting support.

Skills:

• Teradata administration (Vantage on AWS/Azure).
• Performance tuning, security, and cloud experience.
• Scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.

Sr. Network Engineer:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years and above
• in Operation and Data Center Network, network design/deployment.
• Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VSS, Spanning Tree.
• Firewall Technologies: IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ISE.
• Monitoring Tools: Nagios, SolarWinds, Wireshark.

Responsibilities:

• Network Design: Design and implement network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls.
• Routing & Switching: Configure devices for efficient traffic management.
• Firewall & VPN Setup: Implement firewalls and secure VPNs for remote access.

Sr. Network Security Engineer:

• Firewalls & VPNs: Configure and manage firewall policies and secure remote access.
