Positions Available:


ESS Solution Architect:

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years and above
  • Experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in designing end-to-end solutions in the telecom domain, including enterprise application integration, cloud, and on-premise systems.
  • Expertise in functional and technical architecture, with a focus on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), portal, dashboard, and mobile app design.


Core Competencies:


  • Architecture & Design: End-to-end solution development for telecom BSS systems (Billing, Charging, PCRF, ERP, etc.).
  • Integration Expertise: Skilled in web services, SOAP & REST APIs, TIBCO Middleware, APIGEE, and cloud/on-premise integrations.
  • Technical Skills: J2EE, Angular, React, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, and UI/UX design.
  • Frameworks & Methodologies: SOA, TOGAF, UML, ETOM, Model-Driven Development (MDD).

Certifications: Java, Oracle, SOA, TOGAF, ITIL, DevOps, Test Automation.

 

Telecom BSS Solution Architect:

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years and above
  • Experienced in architecting end-to-end solutions for Telecom BSS systems, including changes and development for CRs. Expertise in solution architecture, enterprise integration (cloud/on-premise), and service-oriented architecture (SOA).


Competencies:

  • Architecture & Design: Functional and technical architecture for telecom BSS (Billing, Charging, Provisioning).
  • Integration: SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and system integration (HTML, XML, JSON).
  • Tech Stack: J2EE, Angular, React, Spring, Hibernate, SQL.
  • BSS Tools: Nutcracker RBM, Tecnotree Billing, Ericsson Charging, Nokia Mediation & Provisioning.


Product Configurator - Charging:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years and above
  • Responsible for configuring and supporting Ericsson Charging System (CS) applications to meet telecom operator requirements.
  • Develop charging logic, pricing models, and tariffs for new services.
  • Integrate with external systems (CRM, Billing, Customer Care) using Diameter, SMPP, SOAP, REST.
  • Validate configurations with tests and optimize for performance under high-traffic conditions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement technical requirements.

 

Senior ASP.Net Full stack Developer:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
  • Experience in Designing, Developing and Supporting inhouse telecom applications based on .Net, ASP.Net, Selfcare applications, Mobile Applications, Business applications, Dealer applications.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON.SOAP/Rest APIs, CI/CD pipelines
  • Must have hands on experience in building applications using Asp.Net, C#, SQL, Jquery, Javascript, Web Services, WCF, Json, XML, Biztalk, Oracle, IIS, Rest Services.


Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular, React Native):

  • Minimum 7 years and above
  • Experienced in developing mobile apps (iOS/Android), digital channels, and custom portals using Java, Angular, and React Native.
  • Lead development of backend services (Java, Spring Boot) and mobile apps (React Native).
  • Integrate with REST APIs, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and external services.
  • Ensure code quality, security (JWT, OAuth2), and performance.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams for responsive designs.
  • Oversee testing, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker), and mentoring junior developers.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control (Git).


eCommerce - Magento Developer:


  • Minimum 7 years and above.
  • Experience in Magento ECommerce platform Design, Development and Operational Support for Telecom Operator.
  • Expertise in agile methodology, DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins/GitLab, Cypress, Selenium) and experience with SOAP and REST APIs, JWT Tokens/CSRF Tokens, OAuth 2.0 and Java Script, HTML, CSS and Responsive Design (Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS). Must have worked on Redis – 7.0 and Varnish – 6.2

Certifications: Magento 2 Certified Professional Developer or similar certifications.


Tibco and APIGEE Middleware Developer:



  • Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
  • for providing Technical Support, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting for TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus, APIGEE in Telecom operator environment.
  • knowledge in Routing and switching, eg. BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, spanning tree, MPLS L3VPN. Firewall technologies eg. IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Policy Manager, Cisco ISE.
  • Day to day operations and maintenance, Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Active Matrix.
  • APIGEE - Understand RESTful APIs and SOAP services. OpenAPI Specification (Swagger) for designing APIs. API proxies, policies, and security configurations
  • Proficiency in languages like JavaScript, Java, or Python for custom policy development.
  • Oversee the full API lifecycle, including design, creation, deployment, monitoring, and deprecation using tools like TIBCO Mashery, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway.
  • Implement security best practices such as OAuth, JWT, API keys, and SSL/TLS to protect APIs and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
