We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin & Procurement Associate to support overall departmental operations.
The role includes handling administrative responsibilities, assisting in procurement activities, managing vendor records, coordinating documentation requirements, and supporting management in day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities: ·       Manage daily office operations and address routine operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning.
·       Assist in procurement processes such as vendor coordination, quotation analysis, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
·       Maintain and update vendor enlistment records, vendor MIS, and other departmental data.
·       Manage company petty cash and petty cash items, including snacks, food arrangements, and other management requirements.
·       Handle external coordination tasks as required, such as delivering important documents to branches, vendors, or relevant offices, submitting or collecting agreements, and managing notarization or attestation-related activities.
·       Manage stakeholders and interdepartmental communication to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective coordination for meeting project deadlines.
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration and procurement is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
