Job Description
As the AM - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. You will collaborate with department heads, oversee the recruitment process, and implement strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. This position involves managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, candidate-focused, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from entry-level to senior positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates for future hiring needs and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a broad range of candidates are considered.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
