Application Developer - PowerApps (Canvas)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Canvas Application Developer with 7+ years of experience in application development and a strong command of the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Canvas applications while collaborating with business teams to deliver effective solutions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to a process-oriented environment. 
Must-Have Skillsets (Mandatory):
- Proficiency in Canvas Application development and customization. 
- Strong experience with the Power Platform and Dataverse. 
- Ability to independently analyze, design, plan, and develop solutions based on business requirements. 
- Understanding of system architecture and involvement in technical upgrade activities. 
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with both technical and non-technical teams. 
- Commitment to ownership and teamwork, with the ability to work independently. 
Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Experience in collaborating with business teams to understand both functional and non-functional requirements. 
- Knowledge of process-oriented environments and the ability to adapt to flexible working hours. 
- Proven ability to participate effectively across all project phases, from analysis to development. 
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Canvas Application development and customization. 
- Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and take ownership of tasks. 
- Experience in day-to-day application development activities with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
