Core Responsibilities:
- Area of responsibility – [Maize Warehouse and Filling station of the plant]
- Area of responsibility – [Safe Maize Inbound, Storage and Inbound in line with company SOPs]
- Area of responsibility – [Maintaining EHSS standards in above mentioned areas]
Core Responsibilities:
- Critical deliverables
- Supervise and control receipt of maize/cobs, stacking, storage and delivery to Production.
- Conduct warehouse operations by monitoring safety & security procedures and protocols.
- Utilize proper storage of corn.
- Ensure smooth operations of corn warehouse and protect the material from adverse climatic condition.
- If required, ensure proper operations of shelling of cobs, and ensure smooth running of dryers.
- Ensure IMS related activities of the WH in line with the company policy.
- Ensure timely movement of corn from outside maize warehouse to plants as per requirements.
- Ensure safe operations during crises situation as and when occurred at the respective location.
- Keep the Bardana repairing and cleaning of Bardana operations in line with company policy.
- Keep the inventory of Bardana and related materials as per books.
- Conduct regular periodic Fumigation of the maize stacks and spray in overall premises.
- Ensure to keep the over IPM operations to keep the Insects controlled to avoid community complaints.
- Ensure to have sufficient inventory of fumigants and support materials for IPM.

- Generate and Update Reports: Regularly create and update reports and statistics to keep a detailed record of warehouse activities.
- Optimize Logistics: Improve logistics management to boost overall efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Warehouse Upkeep: Design and implement layout improvements, conduct equipment inspections, and manage repair and maintenance requests to ensure the warehouse is in top condition.
- Identify and Address Hazards: Proactively spot, report, and address workplace hazards, safety risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Pursue Operational Excellence: Continuously strive for excellence in operations while maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Execute Special Projects: Lead and successfully complete special projects assigned by supervisors or management.
- Deploy Manpower Strategically: Allocate workforce effectively to meet organizational goals and ensure efficient staff scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators to evaluate and improve team performance.

Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 2-4 Years’ experience in Stores & Inventory Management.
- English fluency, both written and spoken
