Overview We are seeking a hands-on and AI First people manager to spearhead our data systems and analytics function. This role will be the nervous system of the entire GTM team owning everything data. From board decks to finance operations, this team will be the guardian of truth!. The individual should be skilled in designing scalable data architecture, enabling advanced analytics, and delivering actionable insights that directly influence strategic decision-making and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise of the tool and product stack that powers analytics and should be able to craft insightful dashboards and reporting mechanics.
Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the organization’s data architecture and analytics roadmap supporting all GTM, Finance and other analytical needs.
- Define and execute all policies and governance related to data operations
- Lead and mentor a team of data/business analysts supporting the entire data requirements of the business
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Everstage etc
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives such predictive modelling, scenario planning etc
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to empower stakeholders with self-serve analytics.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Qualifications - Experience: 8+ years in data analytics.
- Industry Exposure: Strong background in data architecture and analytics
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Snowflake/Databricks and modern data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to design and implement predictive models, segmentation, and self-serve analytics
- Preferred Background: Experience working with or exposure to analytics consulting firms
