The Impact: The Revenue Enablement team is a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to empowering Market Intelligence Commercial employees with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive long-term career success. The Associate Director, Enablement Insights will play a critical role in shaping how we measure and optimize the effectiveness of our enablement initiatives, directly influencing sales performance and growth. Revenue/Sales Enablement is a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to equipping Market Intelligence Commercial employees with the essential skills, knowledge, and culture they need to deliver an exceptional, differentiated client experience and achieve long-term career success.
What's in it for you: As the Associate Director, Enablement Insights, you will provide thought leadership in evaluating the impact of enablement tools and programs. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to set a strategic direction for measuring engagement, performance, and the effectiveness of our enablement efforts through actionable, data-driven insights. This role offers the opportunity to influence the broader enablement strategy and contribute to the commercial team’s success.



Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data in conjunction with enablement programs to identify trends and generate insights that influence strategic decisions. Develop and deliver detailed reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement strategies and initiatives. Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously refine and optimize sales strategies based on insights from data. Identify areas for enhancement and suggest actionable solutions.
  • ROI Analysis: Conduct return on investment (ROI) analyses of sales enablement programs, measuring their impact on revenue, productivity, and overall business growth. Present findings to senior management.
  • Enablement Support: Work with training and development teams to create data-driven training programs. Ensure sales teams have the insights and tools they need to perform at their best.
  • Tool Management: Oversee the adoption and effective use of sales enablement tools and technologies. Ensure that teams leverage these tools to drive performance and improve outcomes.
  • Industry Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in sales enablement and analytics. Continually seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outcomes based on industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:
 


  • Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and distill them into actionable insights. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau CRM is essential.
  • Sales Enablement Tools & CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms, such as Learning Management Systems, Sales Readiness, and Customer Success platforms.
  • Sales Process Understanding: Familiarity with sales processes, metrics, and strategies. Previous experience in sales operations or sales training is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to drive enablement initiatives.

Qualification & Skill Set:


  • BA or BS degree in statistics, business analytics or related field
  • Knowledge of Rest APIs and OData Feeds, ETL and data modeling
  • 5+ years of work experience in similar field
  • Experience using Python, R, and/or Snowflake.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to self-direct and motivate in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
