We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients or partners, and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients — primarily startup founders, CEOs, and CFOs in the US market.
Lead end-to-end business development for Accounting and Finance Outsourcing services (Shared Services & FTE-based models).
Drive lead generation, manage outreach (LinkedIn, email, and other channels), and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Build and execute GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for our Accounting Outsourcing vertical.
Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close new business deals.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaign performance and optimize conversion.
Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM tools.

Proven experience as a BDM in Accounting, Finance, or Outsourcing domains.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in targeting or working with US-based clients.
Ability to work independently, deliver results, and meet ambitious targets.
