What You’ll Do

• Prospect and identify potential clients across the US and Europe using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Design and run outreach campaigns based on ICPs, industries, and real pain points.

• Start conversations from scratch and build genuine, professional relationships.

• Write personalized LinkedIn and email messages that feel human, relevant, and timely.

• Nurture leads through smart follow-ups and context-driven conversations.

• Qualify prospects and convert them into booked meetings for Account Executives.

• Track outreach, replies, and conversions using Apollo, CRM, LinkedIn, and email tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1+ year experience as a BDR, SDR, or in LinkedIn lead generation.

• Excellent message-writing skills with the ability to tailor outreach based on ICPs and prospect pain points.

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record of consistently booking qualified meetings with AEs each month.

• Hands-on experience with:

    - Apollo (lead lists, enrichment, sequences)

    - LinkedIn Sales Navigator (filters, targeting, account research)

    - Email outreach and basic CRM usage

• Ability to research, engage, and qualify C-level and senior decision-makers.

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).

• Nice to have: cold calling experience.
